Terms of sale

These terms govern every purchase from kenkoresearch.com, operated by Kenko Research LLC, 11053 S Sunburn Lane, Sandy, Utah 84094. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.

1. Research use only

All products sold by Kenko Research are supplied strictly as research materials for laboratory use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, that you are qualified and equipped to handle research materials safely, and that you are acquiring these products exclusively for legitimate laboratory research. You further agree that you will not administer them to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal, and that you will not resell or transfer them to anyone who intends such a use. Your confirmation of these representations is recorded with your order, including the date and time.

You are solely responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of these products safely and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law, and for obtaining any licenses, registrations, or institutional approvals your work requires.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 21 years old to buy from this site. If you create an account you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe an order is inconsistent with these terms.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time, though the price shown when you place an order is the price that applies to that order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. Products are held in reserve for you for the window shown on your order page. If payment is not received within that window, the reservation is released and the order is cancelled. Nothing ships before payment is confirmed.

Utah sales tax is applied to orders as required by law. You are responsible for any other taxes or duties that may apply to you.

4. Shipping and title

We ship within the United States only. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See the shipping policy for details.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by the returns policy. Opened vials cannot be returned.

6. Contact and marketing consent

By creating an account or placing an order, you agree that Kenko Research may contact you at the email address and phone number you provide. This includes transactional messages about your orders, and it also includes marketing and promotional messages about new compounds, restocks, pricing, and offers, sent by email and by SMS text message.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, and out of marketing texts by replying STOP. 7. No warranties beyond specification

Products are supplied as described on the product page, being the named compound at the stated mass, as a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. We do not currently provide analytical documentation and make no representation as to identity, purity, potency, or composition beyond that description. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. No statement on this site or from any representative creates a warranty beyond this paragraph.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenko Research LLC and its members, officers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kenko Research LLC from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use, handling, storage, transfer, or disposal of any product purchased from us, or from your breach of these terms, including any use of a product in a human or animal.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
